University of Melbourne
Gen Group had a strong association with the University of Melbourne, in particular The Department of Psychology and the Melbourne Business. Our Managing Director, Ryk Bliszczyk, is an Honorary Fellow in the Department of Psychology.

Melbourne Business School
Gen Group’s Managing Director Ryk Bliszczyk has taught in Melbourne Business School’s Senior Management Program.

The School’s permanent faculty is supplemented by visiting professors and business people who teach at MBS and provide unique insights into the real problems and challenges faced by the global managers of today.

Mt Eliza Business School
Gen Group’s Managing Director Ryk Bliszczyk has also taught at Mt Eliza Business School in the Advanced Management Program. Ryk conducts workshops and lectures in the area of Organisational Leadership and Change.
